Chris has handled product liability actions in state and federal courts throughout the country, defending manufacturers of automobiles, ATVs, sports equipment, and industrial equipment. He has expertise in complex litigation, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, and federal appeals. In addition to product liability, he has handled warranty, commercial property, and intellectual property matters.
Chris graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law at the top of his class. During law school, he gained practical experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Honorable David J. Novak in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. After graduation, he served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Joel C. Hoppe in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Chris is a Member of the Virginia bar and admitted to practice in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
