Bailey Michener


Professional Overview

Bailey received her J.D. from Regent University School of Law where she served as President of the Student Bar Association, an Executive Member of the Trial Advocacy Board, and a graduate assistant for Dean Michael V. Hernandez. While in law school, Bailey interned for Judge Robert J. Humphreys with the Virginia Court of Appeals, Judge Deborah L. Rawls with the Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, and the Virginia Beach Public Defender’s Office.

Prior to law school, Bailey received her B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. While at IU, Bailey served as Executive Director of Corporate Relations for the second-largest student-run philanthropy in the world, IU Dance Marathon, where she increased the number of corporate sponsors from the previous year by 123%, ultimately raising $2.6 million for Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.

Bailey is licensed in Tennessee and the District of Columbia.
